CHALLENGE
Known for having Miami’s best burger, Pincho has successfully launched several restaurants throughout South Florida making it a neighborhood favorite. Although sales were up, Pincho seemed to have a disconnect between their social media and their website. Having gone through a rebrand in 2019, they needed all their designs to be updated and cohesive to reflect their cool and snarky brand voice.
SOLUTION
Create a user-friendly site that showcases Pincho’s essence the right way. This included the creation of wireframes, user flows, and creative direction, Also using their new branding to create email campaigns, flyers and updating the rest of their design elements. When you pair that with mouth-watering social content and new branding materials, you get a combo made in heaven.

They seemed to have a disconnect between their branding and online presence. We focused on making sure that their hip and relevant brand style translated successfully into the design of their direct-to-consumer website, while also enhancing the overall user experience.
